book plot outline-
based on the german folklore of the alp. a demon who slips through keyholes and presses against sleeping people giving them nightmares. an alp can be caught by blocking up the keyhole once the alp has entered. in the morning the alp will have transformed into a beautiful lady. alps are usually sent or summoned by people and an alp can be tricked into revealing the identity of its sender.
